2. What personal data we collect

We process only the data we need for a specific and lawful purpose:

• Data you provide voluntarily: name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message when you submit a contact or product enquiry form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, language, referring URL, pages visited and time of visit.
• Cookie and similar technology data: identifiers generated by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, processed only after you consent.
• Correspondence: the content of communication between you and us by email or phone.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data (sensitive data) and we do not process data of persons under 18.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

We process your personal data on the following bases under Article 6 GDPR:

• Responding to enquiries and providing quotes — to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Analytics cookies and traffic measurement — your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Marketing cookies, remarketing and ad measurement via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API — your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Site security and abuse prevention — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Compliance with legal obligations, including accounting and tax — Art. 6(1)(c).

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses cookies. Necessary cookies always load, because the site cannot function without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only after you consent via the cookie banner.

• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) — aggregated statistics on site usage.
• Google Tag Manager — management of marketing and analytics tags.
• Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) — measuring ad performance and showing relevant ads.

We use Google Consent Mode v2: until you consent, these technologies load in denied mode and store no identifiers on your device. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer.

5. Meta Pixel and Conversions API

Where you have consented to marketing cookies, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the results of our advertising campaigns.

• The Meta Pixel is code in your browser that records actions such as viewing a page or submitting a form.
• The Conversions API sends the same events from our server to Meta, so measurement remains accurate even when a browser blocks scripts.
• To match events to a user profile, certain data (for example an email address or phone number) may be transmitted as an irreversible cryptographic hash. Meta does not receive this data from us in readable form.
• RoboHub Pro and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited act as joint controllers in respect of the collection and transmission of this data, under Article 26 GDPR.

If you refuse marketing cookies, neither the Pixel nor the Conversions API sends any data about you. You can also manage your advertising preferences in your Meta account settings.

6. Recipients of personal data

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it to:

• Service providers acting as processors on our instructions — hosting and infrastructure, email delivery (Resend), analytics and advertising platforms.
• Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — to the extent described above, and only where consent has been given.
• Competent public authorities, where required by law.

7. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some of our providers are established outside the European Economic Area or use infrastructure in third countries, including the United States. In such cases the transfer takes place on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision (for example the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the Commission, together with appropriate supplementary measures.

8. Retention periods

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

• Contact form enquiries — up to 24 months from the last communication, unless a contractual relationship arises.
• Data relating to concluded contracts and accounting records — for the statutory periods, typically up to 10 years.
• Cookie consent — up to 12 months, after which we will ask you again.
• Data held by analytics and advertising platforms — according to that platform's own retention periods.

9. Your rights

As a data subject you have the following rights under the GDPR:

• The right of access to your personal data and to obtain a copy of it.
• The right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• The right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”).
• The right to restriction of processing.
• The right to data portability.
• The right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
• The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
• The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and the selection of providers that offer sufficient security guarantees. However, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our activities or in applicable law. The current version is always available on this page and the date of the last update is shown above. We will notify you appropriately of any material changes.
